You get a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate, up to 3600 nits peak brightness, 3840Hz PWM dimming, and Crystal Guard protection. It runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 with Adreno 825 GPU, so on paper, it looks more than capable for gaming, multitasking, and everyday use.

Performance matters too

Battery life gets the spotlight here, but performance still matters. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 should help the Nord 6 feel fast and smooth in daily use. That means better app switching, smoother gaming, and enough power for heavier tasks too.

That balance is important. A massive battery sounds great, but not if the phone feels slow or poorly optimized. Nobody wants to trade one problem for another.

Durability is another area where the phone looks quite strong. You get IP69K ratings, along with MIL-STD-810H durability, stereo speakers, and an in-display fingerprint sensor. OnePlus is also promising four Android updates and six years of security updates, which is good to see.
